2. What data we collect and why

We only collect data when you write to us through the contact form on this website: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry or prepare a proposal for your event. We do not use it to send you advertising or to build profiles, and we make no automated decisions. The website does not store your data in any database: the message reaches us directly by email.

3. Legal basis

Handling your request for information or booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request). If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, the same basis applies to that conversation.

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. These providers are involved in handling your request:

• Resend: delivers the message you write in the form to our mailbox.
• Netlify: hosts the website and runs the function that processes the form.
• Google (Gmail): receives and stores the messages in our inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the USA), under the safeguards of the applicable transfer framework (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision).

5. Retention

Messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, at most, 24 months after the last communication, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier at any time, through the contact form or by writing to tunateleco@gmail.com. The providers above may keep technical delivery logs for the period set by their own policies.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to tunateleco@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies and storage

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party resources when the page opens. Video thumbnails are served from this same site; only if you press play on a video is the YouTube player loaded (youtube-nocookie.com, enhanced privacy mode), under its own privacy policy, and only then may YouTube receive technical data such as your IP address. It only saves the language you choose in your browser (technical local storage), so no consent is required.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and the form has validation, rate limits and a hidden field against automated spam.
